EAR - DISCHARGES - earwax - right/left (D SE10)

I came across 2 most extravagant rubrics in Synthesis9.1:

EAR - DISCHARGES - earwax - right containing not less than 105 remedies, and

EAR - DISCHARGES - earwax - left, containing 103 remedies !!

As I do not possess the original book (fse1.de) from which these rubrics are supposedly extracted, I cannot verify...
The source is described as Bönninghausens Therapeutishes Taschenbuch für homöopatiche Ärtze and published by E.S.FRIES (Leipzig 1897). I am not aware Boenninghausen did place such importance on earwax.
In my copy of Bönninghausens Taschenbuch by GYPSER(Sonntag) the above 2 rubrics in Synthesis seem rather to correspond to Ohren - Rechts and Ohren - Links.

Legitimate serious concern...
Especially when you bother to investigate into some of the remedies (for example: agn., ang., OLND, VIOL-O found ONLY under "earwax - left ear", do not present a single symptom of earwax/cerumen/wax...). GUAJ. (third degree either side) is also unfound, same for samb. and valer. (right side).

For some of those remedies, there is even a possible confusion with "heat"!!!
[a1 - Agnus castus - Ears] - Considerable heat in left external ear, soon after taking the drug, [a5].
[h1 - Oleander] - Heat commencing at one time in the right, and at another in the left lobe of the ear, which spreads thence over the corresponding side and from there over the whole face. [Fz.]

As previously mentioned, "EAR - DISCHARGES - earwax" is duplicated with "EAR - WAX"

There is a RR (referring rubric) from "EAR - DISCHARGES - earwax" to "EAR - WAX - increased" Thank you both!
