The Support Team at Archibel takes great effort to respond to all your inquires.  We are aware not all email programs allow you to receive our emails. If you email us or log a ticket please check your Spam or Bulk folders for any blocked replies. You may also consider adding our email addresses to your contact list. This may help prevent a loss of communication.

The Knowledge Base can guide you to the answers we have already collected to many user questions and technical problems.  A few clicks and help is at hand on screen in one of our articles. You don't even have to type an e-mail or make a phone call!

Having trouble getting RADAR, EH or a demo-version up and running?

We can solve the problem directly on your machine!  All you need is a broadband internet connection on your PC.
