Error message when starting Radar, EH, EasyRep, EasyKent, EasyBönninghausen, AcuVision, AcuScalp, TriggerVision
Occurs when
This crypkey error message occurs when:
- either Radar or EH are being run keyless under Vista 64 bit
- under Vista 64 bit, Radar or EH cannot find the connector (defective connector, USB port inactive) and therefore look for the crypkey protection.
- trying to start any of the following programs which have been installed under Vista 64 bit: EasyRep, EasyKent, EasyBönninghausen, AcuVision, AcuScalp, TriggerVision
Reason
The error message CK-24: initialization, driver failed or busy is displayed because the current version of Crypkey is not compatible with Vista 64 bit. Crypkey have not yet released a Vista 64 bits compatible version, it is under development and should be ready in the next few months.
