Cause

The error is caused by the installation program of EH on Windows 98 and Millennium Edition 

Occuring when

Occurs on Windows 98 and Me when installing EH package H4 from CD 14 

Solution

1. Click on 'OK' to close the error message "error installing iKernel.exe"
2. Insert the EH "CD Program V2.0" when prompted and continue
3. Insert the EH CD 14 into the CD-rom drive and run "SETUP.EXE" from that CD. This will install the EH Package H4
   
4. Start EH. The package H4 should now automatically open
