HASP not found (-3)
Cause
The Radar security key (Hasp key) cannot be found
Occuring when
This error message is reported by the HASP Protection System when you start Radar 9
Solution
Connect the Radar security key to your computer:
- if you have a USB Hasp key (small piece of blue plastic with silver connector at one end) plug it into a free USB port of your computer after the installation of Radar is complete
- if you have a parallel Hasp key (white rectangular piece of plastic with silver connectors at both ends) switch off the computer after the installation is complete, plug the Hasp key into the parallel printer port of the computer and switch on the computer
