Demo DVD gives error messages when the activation key is inserted
We have had several reports of the Demo DVD 10 not functioning under Windows XP.
Examples of error messages:
- Error message that the activation key is no longer valid although the test period has not started or only run for a few days.
- While opening the Radar/EH Demo 10 on Windows XP the error message: Crypkey error (CK-23) NGN file not found is displayed and the program closes on pressing OK.
- EH: Internal Error
CK1-23: Initialization NGN File not found, pressing OK brings up the error window EH: Limited Version access.
The test version you are using cannot be started, note down error and contact archibel support - Internal Error CK3-22: Getting Authorization), clicking OK closes the program
We are currently working on a new protection system for our demo. It should be available some time during the second quarter of 2008.
