No patient is selected into WINCHIP. Please go to WINCHIP and choose a patient before trying to export a repertorization from RADAR
Cause
There can be several reasons to this warning:
No consultation is open in Winchip
The subfolders WINCHIP.IN and WINCHIP.OUT are missing from the folder \RADAR
Radar is installed in a folder with a long filename, for example "C:\Program Files\Radar"
Occuring when
When exporting a repertorization from Radar to Winchip
Solution
- Start Winchip
- select a patient
- open an existing consultation for the patient or create a new consultation.
- Switch back to Radar and export the repertorization
- Create the folders WINCHIP.IN and WINCHIP.OUT in the folder \RADAR
- Un-install the Radar software
- reinstall it in the default folder C:\RADAR
