LMSETUP.EXE

NetHasp driver for Windows 2000, XP and 2003 Server (Network version only!)

This driver solves the following issues:

  • error message from printer: "no paper"
  • error message from printer: "no communication with printer"
  • printer does not respond or hangs up when trying to print

Important notes

  • This new driver of the "network" security key (NetHasp key) must be installed on the Radar server when running the network version of Radar.
  • Note: This driver is only valid for network versions of Radar with a NetHasp security key.

Minimum requirements

  • Network version of Radar
  • Windows NT4, 2000, XP or 2003 Server

Installation instructions

  1. Click the file LMSETUP.EXE here below to download the new driver for the NetHasp key and save it into the folder C:\Radar\Bin on the hard disk of the server. 
  2. Close all running applications
  3. Double click "My Computer" on the Windows Desktop
  4. Double click the local hard disk C:\
  5. Double click the folder RADAR then BIN
  6. Double click the file "LMSETUP"
  7.  "This will install..." : click "Yes"
  8. "To run setup you should close...": click "Yes"
  9. "The following information was found...": click "Next"
  10. Click "REMOVE" and then "Yes"
  11. "Remove HASP Device Driver...": click "Yes"
  12. "The operation was completed successfully": click "OK"
  13. Select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" and click "Finish".
  14. When the computer is back in Windows, double click "My Computer" on the Windows Desktop
  15. Double click the local hard disk C:\
  16. Double click the folder RADAR then BIN
  17. Double click the file "LMSETUP"
  18. "This will install..." : click "Yes"
  19. "To run setup you should close...": click "Yes"
  20. "The following information was found...": click "Next"
  21. Select "CUSTOM" installation
  22. "Setup will install NetHASP...", click "Browse" and select the folder C:\RADAR\SERVERS. Click "Next"
  23. Select "As a Windows NT service" and click "Next"
  24. "Switches:" just click "Next"
  25. "Program Folder:" select the folder "Radar 8" in the list and click "Next"
  26. "To review or change any settings...": click "Next"
  27. "The NetHASP License Manager has been installed successfully": click "OK"
  28. "The NetHASP LM requires the HASP Device Driver...": click "yes"
  29. "The operation was completed successfully": click "OK"
  30. "Setup has installed the NetHASP License Manager as a service...": click "Yes"
  31. "NetHASP Licence Manager service was started successfully": click "OK
  32. Click "Finish"
