This driver solves the following issues

In Encyclopaedia Homeopathica:

• error message from printer: "no paper"
• error message from printer: "no communication with printer"
• printer does not respond or hangs up when trying to print
• "Protection key not present (on printer or USB port)"
• "Invalid protection key"
• computer reboots on its own

In RADAR

• error message from printer: "no paper"
• error message from printer: "no communication with printer"
• printer does not respond or hangs up when trying to print
• "Radar Internal Error (6), missing protection key"
• "Radar Internal Error (7), wrong protection key"
• HASP Device Driver not installed (-100)
• computer reboots on its own

Important Note

Do not install this driver if you use Virtual PC !!!

Installation instructions

• download the new Hasp driver by clicking on the button "HDD32.EXE" here below. We recommend to save this file (HDD32.EXE) on your hard disk in the folder C:\EH or C:\RADAR according to the program you are using when the error message appears. 
• close all running applications
• open the Windows Explorer
• open the folder EH or RADAR on the hard disk
• double click the file HDD32.EXE
• follow the instructions on the screen
