If you bought a package with access to Synthesis TE 2009 (human or vet) and you do not yet have the database, then you can download it from here by clicking on this link:

Close Radar and choose to save the file in the C:\Radar\Update folder
Once the file has been downloaded, using the Windows explorer (click on My Computer) navigate to C:\Radar\Update
Point the mouse at the SynthesisTreasureEdition2009.exe file and double click to execute it. Choose to run the application and follow the installation instructions on screen.
If you prefer to have the database on DVD, please contact our Productions Department by email: radar.orders(at)archibel.com with your full name, address and license number.
A small charge will be made for the database on DVD.
