Live Support Requirements
- Please note that you need a broadband connection in order for us to carry out a live support session
- Live support sessions are by appointment only
How to use our Live Support
- First, please fill in a ticket here: http://www.archibel.com/cgi-bin/tte/ttx.cgi
- The support team will then agree a time and day with you for live support
- At the agreed time, type in your name, license number and ticket number in the box below and press the Start Now button.
- Follow the instructions on screen. You will be asked to close all open programs and to download a program that will enable us to chat
How it Works!
The screen-sharing plug-in lets both you and your Technical Support Rep communicate via a Chat window, see your computer screen and share your mouse and keyboard
