Live Support Requirements

  • Please note that you need a broadband connection in order for us to carry out a live support session
  • Live support sessions are by appointment only

How to use our Live Support

  1. First, please fill in a ticket here: http://www.archibel.com/cgi-bin/tte/ttx.cgi
  2. The support team will then agree a time and day with you for live support
  3. At the agreed time, type in your name, license number and ticket number in the box below and press the Start Now button.
  4. Follow the instructions on screen. You will be asked to close all open programs and to download a program that will enable us to chat
