Radar crashes when exporting from the JSCT to Radar

Exporting from the JSCT causes Radar to crash

Solution 1.

  1. Open a Windows Explorer
  2. Locate the folder C:\Radar\Bin
  3. Double click on the Bin folder to open the list of files
  4. Delete the file jscc2radar.xml
  5. Start Radar

Solution 2.

  1. Close Radar and the Case Taker
  2. Open the Windows explorer and navigate to the \Radar\Cases folder
  3. Delete all the files that start with jcc_
  4. Start Radar then close it again
  5. Start Radar one more time
