RADAR internal error (-999)

When the demo version starts with error message RADAR internal error (-999)

This happens if you've installed the RADAR demo over the Webdemo version of RADAR


  • Make a backup of C:\Demo_RAD\CASES\
  • Goto start - control panel - add or remove programs
  • you will find "Demo RADAR 2008" twice, remove both one after another
  • Remove remaining folders C:\Demo_RAD and C:\Demo_EH
  • Install the demo version from the DVD again

If you have already registerd for an activation key contact archibel support again with the new activation code as given by the first start of the demo.
