Internal error CK-102:NETWORK:NETWORK DRIVER APPEARS NOT TO BE SERVING THIS DIRECTORY

Cause

The error message Internal error CK-102 means that you need to install a driver in order to use EasyRep or AcuVision/AcuScalp/TriggerVision on Windows NT4, 2000 or XP.

Solution

  1. Close the EasyRep or AcuVision, AcuScalp, TriggerVision programs.
  2. Check you are logged on to Windows with Administrator privileges (refer to Windows Help for more info on user privileges)
  3. Put the EasyRep, AcuVision/AcuScalp or TriggerVision CD in the CD drive (whilst pushing the shift key to stop the program installing)
  4. Start the Windows Explorer
  5. Locate the NTDriver folder on the CD, open it and look for the setup.exe file
  6. Double-click the file SETUP.EXE to start the installation of the driver and follow the instructions on the screen
  7. When the program prompts you to enter the path where the CrypKey program is installed, carefully type in C:\ (even if EasyRep,  AcuVision, AcuScalp or TriggerVision are installed on another drive!) and press “Next”
  8. Restart the computer
  9. Start EasyRep, AcuVision, AcuScalp, TriggerVision
