Not connected to Internet

The License Manager says you are not connected to Internet

The License Manager says the server is not answering

Windows

Go to the C:/RadarOpus/Config folder and delete these two files: Registration and RegistrationResult ini. 
Once you have done that, start the activation again.

Mac

Open a Finder window
In the Finder menu click on Go - Go to folder
Type the path /Applications/RadarOpus/Config and press Go
Move the files Registration and RegistrationResult to the Trash
Once you have done that, start the activation again
