Close RADAR and unplug the key. Download the files called haspusersetup.exe and hdd32.exe. First execute haspusersetup.exe and follow all instructions. Then execute hdd32.exe and follow all instructions. It is important to keep this order. Shut down the computer and plug the key when the computer is off. Start again the computer and restart RADAR to see if it works.

If you followed all these instructions but RADAR displays a message saying "connector not found", then please contact Archibel Support.

Note: if you are using Win XP SP3 you might need to exchange your LPT key for a USB key or downgrade to SP2.
If you are using an LPT key with a 64 bit operating system you might have problems installing the drivers. In this case you need to exchange your LPT key for a USB key.
If you are using Windows 7, you will also need to exchange your LPT key for USB one.
