Not connected to Internet

When you renew your RadarOpus license you are told you are not connected to Internet

Disable your anti-virus and firewall applications and start the activation again. 

If this is not successful, then click here and in the box where it says Ticket paste your personal activation key and click on Search.

You will see a list of products on the next screen.
Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on Activate Licenses.
You should see a confirmation of the license activation and then you will be able to start RadarOpus.
