How to reduce the time to start EH on Windows Millenium

Answer

To reduce the time to start EH on Windows Millenium, you have to change the database attribute to 'read-only'. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Close EH
  2. Open the Windows Explorer
  3. Open the folder C:\EH\Data\
  4. Select all databases (.nfo)
  5. Choose 'properties' from the file 'menu'
  6. Check the 'read-only' attribute
  7. Then start EH
