Cause

The Help files have not been copied correctly.

Solution

Copy the missing Help files from the Program DVD to the C:\EH folder.   To do this:

1. Insert the Program DVD in the DVD drive.
2. Open a Windows Explorer
3. Select the DVD drive (often D or E)
4. Click on the EH folder to open it, click on the Help folder, select a language folder according to which language you want the help in.
5. Copy the files in this subfolder and paste them in C:\EH
