The Hasp key is active but Radar returns a CK error

The Hasp key is inserted, the red light is on and the USB port is active

However, Radar returns a CK-xxx error message (often CK-14 or CK-106)

  1. Right click on the Radar icon
  2. Click on Properties
  3. Click on the Compatibility tab
  4. Untick the box Compatibility mode so that the Windows OS in the field below (often Windows 95) is greyed
  5. Click the Apply button
  6. Click OK
