Internal error (CK-103:NETWORK:REPLY FROM DRIVER IS BAD)
Occuring when
Starting Radar Demo on Windows NT4, 2000 and XP
Solution
- Log on Windows with “Administrator” privileges (refer to Windows Help for more info on user privileges)
- Stop the CrypKey licensing manager service. From the Start menu select Settings, Control Panel, Administrative tools, Services.
- Select the "CrypKey Licence" service, and then select "Stop."
- with the Windows Explorer, delete the file named ESNECIL.IND from the \Winnt\System32 (or \Windows\System32) subdirectory
- click "Start" and choose "Run..."
- type the command SETUP_CK /D and click OK. Press "Y" to confirm the removal of the driver
- re-install Radar Demo
- Radar will now start with an error CK-4 or CK-15 but the window with the Site Code will be displayed
- Send the Site Code to the address below and clearly explain why you need a Site Key.
