To transfer a case to a colleague, the case must have been saved on the hard disk.
To transfer a case to a colleague, the case must have been saved on the hard disk.
In the Clipboard window select “File”, “Export Case”.
Type the name of the file to export and the location (path) where it should be placed. This text file can then be given to your colleague.
To import this case, your colleague must proceed as follows:
in the clipboard window select “File”, “Import case”, select the file you gave him and hit OK.
If he wants to save this case on his own hard disk, he should select “File”, “Save to disk” and type the name of the case.
