In the analysis window, click on the Jeremy Sherr icon and the error message Cannot open the families of remedies 'Extract' (H-12) appear.
Solution
Go to C:\Radar\Bin and open the radar.ini file
In the [System section] add the following line for the 26 Mental Qualities repertory
JccRepertory=JSCR2
For the promo repertory, add this line
JccRepertory=JSCR1
