DDE Connection failed
Cause
The Windows system file MSVCRT.DLL is not correct
Solution
- Close all running applications
- Start the Windows Explorer
- Open the folder C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
- Locate the file MSVCRT.DLL and rename it to MSVCRT.ORG
- Insert the CD VHS into the CD-rom drive and cancel the installation
- Open the folder \TRIGGER\TRIGGER on the CD
- Copy the file \TRIGGER\TRIGGER\MSVCRT.DLL into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
- Close the Windows Explorer
- Restart TriggerVision
