Cause

The wrong CD has been inserted into the CD-Rom drive or
the CD-rom drive is not ready

Occuring when

When installing EH 

Solution

1. Insert the correct EH Program CD into the drive (Ref. 12-2000-008 for EH V1.1 / Ref. 04-2002-036 for EH V 1.4)
2. Close the CD-rom drive 
3. Wait a few seconds before you click "Next"
