Protection Fault CK-15
Cause
The message "error CK-15" is usually due to the program "Norton Utilities Speed Disk" that was used to defragment the hard disk and moved the hidden files used by the Crypkey protected software (EasyRep, Anniversary CD, Radar 8 demo, Encyclopaedia Homeopathica demo, VHS software: AcuVision, AcuScalp, and TriggerVision)
Occuring when
- when the hard disk was defragmented with NORTON Speed Disk
- when a new version of Windows was installed
Solution
To avoid this problem change the Norton Speed Disk configuration as follows:
- Open Norton Speed Disk
- Choose File - Option - Customize - Unmovable files
- Specify that the files *.ENT *.KEY *.RST cannot be moved
- Choose File - Option - Optimization - Save in order to save the new settings
Then you will need a new Site Key before your program runs again. Send the Site Code that is displayed now in the authorization screen to radar.orders@archibel.com and clearly explain why you need a new Site Key
