When you export a single symptom from EH to Radar, the text appears in the
Radar Symptom Clipboard.

If the symptom is longer, you see just the first 12-15 words.
By double clicking (with the left mouse button) on the symptom text in the
Radar clipboard, you will be able to read the complete symptom text and even
edit it.
