Cause

The screen resolution is too large or uses too many colors

Occuring when

When trying to print the "current window" in Radar

Solution

1. close all running applications
2. with the right mouse button click on the Windows Desktop and choose "Properties"
3. select "Settings"
4. reduce the number of colors (choose '16-bit high color' instead of '24-bit true color' or choose '256 colors') and/or reduce the screen resolution.

You may have to try different settings before you find the right resolution/colors combination that allows Radar to print.
