Can I merge my catalogues of cases?

I want put all my cases together in the same catalogue

If you would like to reduce the number of different catalogues of cases, it is possible to merge them like this:

Start Radar
Click on file and choose Open another Catalogue of Cases
Click once on the catalogue where you want all your other catalogues to be transferred (for example on Repert)
Click once on the Open button
Close Radar
Now start the Repertory Utilities program:
Press the Start button
Programs, Archibel Software, click on Repertory Utilities
Click on Synthesis Treasure Edition in the list of repertories
Press OK
In the menu of the Repertory Utilities program, click on Update
Choose Merge a catalogue of cases
Click once on one the catalogues of cases (but not Repert), then press the Open button. All the cases contained in the catalogue you have chosen will be merged into the catalogue you chose in Radar (Repert)
Continue like this, clicking on each catalogue name and then on the Open button.
When you have finished, close the Repertory utilities program.

Next time you start Radar, you will find all your cases in this one catalogue, with patient names filed in alphabetical order.
