How to uninstall and reinstall the Hasp Drivers
To ensure you have the latest version of the Hasp Install Utility, copy the files from the program installation CD to the computer where Radar is installed:
Insert the installation CD in the CD drive whilst pressing the shift key to prevent autorun from starting.
Copy the following 4 hasp files in the Archinst Updates folder on the CD and paste into the Archinst Updates folder on the computer C:\Archinst\Updates:
haspdinst.exe
haspds_windows.dll
hdinst_windows.dll
hinstall.exe
Click on Start
Choose Run
Type cmd and press OK to open a dos prompt
Type cd \ and press the return key to get to root c:\>
Type cd Archinst
Type cd Updates
Type hinstall -r -kp and press return to remove the drivers
A window called "Hasp Device Driver Install Utility" will appear with the message "please wait". Once the process has terminated you should see the message "operation was completed successfully".
Type hinstall -i -kp and press return to install the drivers
The Hasp Device Driver Install Utility window will again appear asking you to wait. Once the process has terminated you should see the message "operation was completed successfully".
Once the drivers have been successfully installed, you will see a message at the bottom right hand corner of the screen saying "new material detected USB key"
Type hinstall -info and press return to display the version and status of the Hasp Drivers
Type exit and press the return to key to exit the Dos prompt.
