can't initialize database manager H-0
Occuring when
When starting Radar from Winchip
Solution
- Close all running applications including Radar and Winchip
- Start Windows Explorer
- Open the folder \RADAR\WINCHIP\BIN
- Double click the file CHIP.INI
- Locate the section [radar]
- Change the line
"radarexe=radar7"
to
"radarexe=radar8" - Save the changes and close the editor window
- Restart Winchip
