What is the difference between small, medium and large remedies?

The size of the remedy as used in the VES, is based on the number of symptoms it has in Synthesis.
The small remedy has less than 500 symptoms, the medium remedy from 500 to 1.000, and the large remedy more than 1.000 symptoms.
