Cannot open repertory, Error H-124 trying to open \data\synt_e9.1\symptom
Cause
The Synthesis files are damaged and need to be repaired
Occuring when
When opening the Synthesis repertory
Solution
- Exit RADAR
- Open the Windows explorer
- Select the repertory RADAR\DATA\xxx (where xxx is the name of the repertory, for example, SYNT_E.91)
- Select the files SYMPTOM.IDX and EXTRACT.IDX and delete them.
- Open the "Repertory Utilities" program (Start, Programs, Radar, Repertory Utilities).
- Select the repertory to be repaired and click on OK.
- Select the "Repair" menu, choose "Symptoms"
- Select the "Repair" menu, choose "Extractions".
- If this does not repair the repertory, follow the same procedure and choose "All tables" from the "Repair" menu.
