When Synthesis is in Russian or Japanese the translations and the menus of Radar are illegible
Explanation
There are two reasons why the Radar menus and the Synthesis are not correctly displayed:
1. You need to have Windows in Russian or Japanese
2. Your computer must be localised in the country of the language of Synthesis.
