Cause

One of the EH files has not been copied correctly

Solution

Put the EH Program CD in your CD drive

Click on My Computer

Click on the CD drive to view the files on the EH Program CD

Copy the EH.exe file which is on the EH Program CD

Paste the EH.exe file in C:\EH

Restart the installation of the EH program
