When you start EH, one of the following error messages displays

• Run time Error
• An unsupported operation was attempted

Cause

The dll files have not been correctly installed

Solution

1. Close EH
2. Open a Windows Explorer
3. Go to the folder C:\EH
4. Double click on the Autoreg.exe file to execute it
5. Restart EH

Important note for Vista users:

At point 4, select the file Autoreg.exe and click the right mouse button

Choose Run as Administrator

If the runtime error still displays, reinstall EH choosing the Custom option
