Internal error (CK-103:NETWORK:REPLY FROM DRIVER IS BAD)

Occuring when

Starting EasyRep on Windows NT4, 2000 and XP

Solution

  1. Log on Windows with “Administrator” privileges (refer to Windows Help for more info on user privileges)
  2. Stop the CrypKey licensing manager service: from the Start menu select Settings, Control Panel, Administrative tools, Services. Select the "CrypKey Licence" service, and then select "Stop."
  3. with the Windows Explorer, delete the file named ESNECIL.IND from the \Winnt\System32 (or \Windows\System32) subdirectory
  4. click "Start" and choose "Run..."
  5. type the command SETUP_CK /D and click OK.
  6. Press "Y" to confirm the removal of the driver
  7. re-install EasyRep
  8. EasyRep will now start with an error CK-4 or CK-15 but the window with the Site Code will be displayed "
    Send the Site Code to radar.orders(at)archibel.com and clearly explain why you need a new Site Key.
