Cause

It takes a long time to start EH on Windows Millennium 

Occuring when

when starting EH  

Solution

To reduce this time, change the database attribute to "Read only". To do this: 

1. Close all applications 
2. Open the Windows Explorer
3. Open the folder C:\EH\Data\ 
4. Select all databases (.nfo) (e.g. "pckg_h4.nfo").
5. Choose "Properties" from the "File" menu
   
6. Check the "Read-Only" attribute and click on OK
7. Then start EH
