There is no special disk for the Vithoulkas Expert System.
This optional module is an analysis method of the Radar program. If you have ordered the VES, it is part of your Radar software and is automatically installed by the installation procedure of the Radar program.
You can choose the VES analysis method by selecting its icon in the toolbar :
