When the extraction is done (you see the screen "Result of the comparative extraction"), select all symptoms (edit - select all or ctrl-a).

Then copy the selected symptoms to the Windows Clipboard (edit - copy or ctrl-c).
Open you Word program and the document into which you want to insert the symptoms, then paste the selected symptoms where you need them (edit - paste or ctrl-v).
