Cause

EH requires a newer version of the file MFC42.DLL 

Occurs when

When starting EH 

Solution

1. Close all running applications
2. Insert the EH CD in the CD drive and cancel the installation program 
3. Open Windows Explorer "(Start, Programs, Windows NT Explorer)
4. Open the CD
5. Open the folder \EH\Winsys on the CD
6. Select the file MFC42.DLL 
7. Select Copy from the Edit menu
8. Open the folder C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 
9. Choose Paste from the Edit menu (confirm File Replace if the file is already present)
10. Eject the EH CD
