Cause
The cases catalogue is damaged and needs to be repaired.
Occuring when
Occurs when trying to recall or save a case in the Clipboard window
Solution
If you use Radar 9.0.0111 or above proceed with section "Advanced Repair" (see below).
- Start the Windows Explorer, double click the folder RADAR on the hard disk then double click the folder CASES.
- Select the following files :" C:\RADAR\CASES\REPERT.ID1" C:\RADAR\CASES\REPERT.ID2
- Press the [Del] key and send the files to the Recycle Bin. Close the Windows Explorer.
- Open the "Repertory Utilities" program (Start, Programs, Radar, Repertory Utilities),
- select the Synthesis repertory and click OK
- select "Cases" from the "Repair" menu
- When the message "Table (C:\RADAR\CASES\REPERT) successfully rebuilt" appears, click OK and quit the program
- Restart Radar
Advanced Repair:
- open the "Repertory Utilities" program (Start, Programs, Radar, Repertory Utilities)
- select the Synthesis repertory and click OK
- select "Advanced repair selection..." from the "Repair" menu
- click "Deselect all" and then select the option "Cases"
- click "Repair"
- when the repair process is complete click OK and close the program
- restart Radar
