Cause

The cases catalogue is damaged and needs to be repaired.

Occuring when

Occurs when trying to recall or save a case in the Clipboard window

Solution

If you use Radar 9.0.0111 or above proceed with section "Advanced Repair" (see below).

1. Start the Windows Explorer, double click the folder RADAR on the hard disk then double click the folder CASES.
2. Select the following files :" C:\RADAR\CASES\REPERT.ID1" C:\RADAR\CASES\REPERT.ID2
3. Press the [Del] key and send the files to the Recycle Bin. Close the Windows Explorer.
4. Open the "Repertory Utilities" program (Start, Programs, Radar, Repertory Utilities),
5. select the Synthesis repertory and click OK
6. select "Cases" from the "Repair" menu
7. When the message "Table (C:\RADAR\CASES\REPERT) successfully rebuilt" appears, click OK and quit the program
8. Restart Radar

Advanced Repair:

1. open the "Repertory Utilities" program (Start, Programs, Radar, Repertory Utilities)
2. select the Synthesis repertory and click OK
3. select "Advanced repair selection..." from the "Repair" menu
4. click "Deselect all" and then select the option "Cases"
5. click "Repair"
6. when the repair process is complete click OK and close the program
7. restart Radar
